Chef Shane is an Arizona native born in Tucson. He got his first taste of the kitchen life at the age of fifteen tossing pizzas.
His cooking career spans over fifteen years working under notable Chefs in Tucson and Sedona. His acquired cooking style is deeply rooted in his Arizona heritage. While working for Fire + Spice at the Sheraton Tucson, Chef Shane was recognized for his original fish tacos. He is equally as well-known for his unfiltered personality keeping the kitchen staff entertained and the food lively.
On those rare occasions when he gets out of the kitchen, he enjoys a good micro brew, exploring the ever changing restaurant scene, and spending time in Flagstaff with his limited family Ashley, and her husband Brent.
