Chef Devin is originally from New Hampshire and fell in love with the southwest and its cuisine almost 20 years ago. His bistro style comfort food reflects the influence of the Sonoran desert, as well as Mediterranean and French influences.
A Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale graduate, Chef Devin landed his first position as a cook at the prestigious L’Auberge de Sedona resort. That position set the foundation Devin still builds on today; the best ingredients, prepared without compromise.
An insatiable speed junkie, golf leaves Devin bored and restless. He can often be found piloting his 180 horsepower motorcycle around a racetrack, or bombing down a trail on his mountain bike.
He lives with his amazing wife Genna, and their pug named Iggi. Ironically, Iggi is scared of the kitchen when food is cooking, especially bacon!
